while we do accept walk-ins, we are only able to do so if we have time. because of this, we highly recommend making an appointment. 

we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

there is paid street parking on queen street, as well as nearby green p locations. if you have an appointment during rush hour or on a holiday, we recommend taking an uber or public transportation.
